Frederick de la Vega

In addition to residential real estate closings, Fred frequently represents small business clients on a range of matters including, formation of S Corporations and LLCs, purchasing and selling of businesses such as restaurants and hair salons, and drafting and negotiating commercial leases. Fred devotes a substantial amount of his practice to Wills and Estates where he drafts wills and advance directives and handles probate and estate administration. He also works with clients on same-sex relationship dissolution and divorce matters.

Prior Experience

Prior to becoming a partner at Turkel Forman & de la Vega LLP, Fred ran a solo law practice. Before becoming an attorney, Fred was a lending officer in the real estate department of Chemical Bank, and a Vice President in the mortgage securities group of Chemical Mortgage Securities, Inc. Fred also has a background as an urban planner.
