Frederick de la Vega

Fred is a native New Yorker, who received his undergraduate degree in Urban Studies & Geography from Dartmouth College, his MBA in Finance from Rutgers University, and his JD from Fordham Law School.

Prior to becoming a partner at Turkel Forman & de la Vega LLP, Fred ran a solo law practice. Before becoming an attorney, Fred was a lending officer in the real estate department of Chemical Bank, and a Vice President in the mortgage securities group of Chemical Mortgage Securities, Inc. Fred also has a background as an urban planner.

Fred has been a volunteer for the Gay & Lesbian Switchboard hotline, and was a regular guest speaker for Body Positive.

Fred primarily practices in the areas of wills and estates, residential and commercial real estate, and general business law. He represents a wide range of individuals and small businesses.
